The Value of Data in Hitting

But the truth of the matter is that data isn't inherently good or bad. Statistics are a form of data that has been collected since the beginning of baseball. The value that lies in those numbers depends on the person who is interpreting them. So before you close the tab or stop reading any further, remember that data is all around you in your everyday lives.
